EFT counselling is very good for building confidence, dealing with specific problems, recurring restrictive patterns and all kinds of phobias and fears. Clients are seen face to face in Wembley. The number of sessions varies depending on the issues involved. Sometimes, 1-2 sessions are all that are necessary.

In addition, motivation, encouragement and support for achieving your desired outcomes.
